University Square Home Owners Association Architecture Committee Forms

 

All changes to the exterior of a home must be approved by the HOA Architecture Committee.

Application Procedure

  • Download and print all pages of the appropriate form.
    Or contact the management company if you need to get a paper form.
  • Read all instructions on the form. Applications that do not follow the instructions will be rejected.
  • Submit a separate request form for each project.
  • Fill in the form and send it to the address on the form.
  • You must include all required City of East Palo Alto approved permits. Check with the planning division (located in the Joel Davis Park) to see what is required and use their application form.
  • Wait for the Architecture Committee to respond.
  • Do not perform the work until the application has been approved and you have the signed form.
  • Be sure to save the signed form in case questions arise at a later time.
